Federal EEO Investigator / Administrative Investigations Specialist

VA CLAIM — contingent opportunity / expression of interest

Axyde Analytics, LLC is building a qualified candidate pool for potential work supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs Comprehensive Legal Assistance & Integrated Management (VA CLAIM) requirement, RFI 36C10X26Q0244. This is advance recruiting at the market-research stage. No contract award, funded vacancy, start date, minimum hours or employment offer is guaranteed.

Location: Nationwide US coverage; remote, contractor-site or VA-site work will depend on each future assignment. Midlothian, Virginia is Axyde’s recruiting base, not a promised duty station. Please state your geographic coverage and travel availability.

Potential responsibilities

• Support administrative investigations through interview coordination, evidence organization, factual analysis and investigative record development.
• Prepare objective chronologies, supporting materials and clear factual reports within the assigned scope.
• Perform investigative duties only as authorized by the order; preserve impartiality, confidentiality and documented evidence handling.

What we are seeking

• Demonstrated federal-sector EEO or administrative investigations experience.
• Documented relevant investigator training and familiarity with federal EEO complaint processing and MD-110 for EEO assignments.
• Strong interviewing, fact development, analytical writing and conflict-management skills. Identify training dates and completed assignments in your application.
