  • Identify and deliver cost savings, process improvements, and value creation opportunities through benchmarking, spend analysis, and commercial optimization techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance standards, regulatory requirements, and established sourcing best practices.
  • Provide sourcing leadership, project reporting, and stakeholder communications while supporting cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
  • 4+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or commercial management experience, with a strong focus on Real Estate and Corporate Services categories.
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing and negotiating Real Estate, Facilities Management, Construction, Workplace Services, MRO, or related service agreements.
  • Proven ability to lead complex sourcing events, including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience developing negotiation strategies that deliver cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational value.
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), service-level agreements (SLAs), and supplier performance terms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret spend data, conduct market assessments, develop business cases, and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively engage senior business leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with procurement systems, Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), and supplier management tools; professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, or equivalent are preferred.
