SEASONAL - EVENT MARKETING COORDINATOR

Employment Type: Seasonal (Approx. 2-3 Months)
Reports To: Marketing Manager, Holidays

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Seasonal Event Marketing Coordinator serves as the local market team member for Enchant St. Petersburg — a large-scale, immersive holiday event operating over a six-week run.

The role is a hands-on extension of the Marketing team, responsible for building local relationships, generating community awareness, and helping execute partnerships throughout Enchant’s St. Petersburg run.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Share ongoing insight on St. Pete happenings, local events, trends and audience interests to help shape Enchant's marketing and messaging
• Identify opportunities to promote Enchant through local channels, groups, newsletters, social accounts and community events
• Assist with pitching Enchant partnership, sponsorship and vendor opportunities to local businesses
• Build and maintain a list of prospective local partners, tracking outreach, follow-ups and outcomes
• Build and support local partnership by traveling throughout the Tampa Bay area for in-person communications
• Serve as a friendly, reliable point of contact for all Enchant partners before and during the event
• Be on site for multiple nights during the run of Enchant, per an agreed schedule
• Coordinate on-site Theme Night partners, including arrival, check-in, setup, timing and breakdown
• Help run Theme Night activities and make sure they follow the agreed plan and timeline
• Assist the Marketing Manager, Holidays with other local marketing functions as needed

COMPENSATION

• $1,000.00 - 1,200.00 Weekly Salary
