Forklift Operators & Material Handlers

We are actively recruiting experienced forklift operators and warehouse professionals for a variety of opportunities with leading distribution, manufacturing, and logistics companies throughout the Lehigh Valley. If you have material handling experience and are certified or experienced on any type of powered industrial truck, we want to hear from you.

Forklift Equipment Experience Needed

We are seeking operators with experience on one or more of the following:

• Sit-Down Forklifts (Electric & Propane)
• Stand-Up Reach Trucks
• Cherry Pickers / Order Pickers
• Electric Pallet Jacks (Walkie Riders)

Whether your experience is in shipping, receiving, replenishment, put-away, order picking, inventory control, or loading and unloading trailers, we have opportunities that match a variety of skill levels and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
• Move, stage, and store materials throughout warehouse operations
• Perform put-away, replenishment, and inventory transactions
• Pick orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and inventory management
• Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures

Qualifications

• Previous forklift or warehouse equipment experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
• Experience working with RF scanners, WMS systems, and inventory tracking is a plus
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
